One of the most overlooked and misunderstood areas of our daily life concerns our Physical Fitness and Health. Millions of people all over the World make promises every year. Unfortunately they not only fail to keep their promises, but generally end up piling on several more pounds before the year is over.  This is not a good habit to get into. It’s a rut people get into nd they have to change it. Whether you like it or not, a large part of keeping in tip top condition is your own personal fitness.

We all know that exercising often and having a good diet leads towards a healthier body. The better your diet is and the leaner your body, the more energy and vitality you are likely to have. Many people choose to have the weekends off to rest but that’s a personal choice. You may want to do mix three days of cardio training and then two days of weight training, alternating the days. This regular personal fitness routine will help get you into shape for the long haul. Being in great physical shape is NOT just for a week or two, it’s for life.

Eating the right food is of paramount importance. You need a good balance of carbs, proteins and vitamins. Typically you can consume as many green foods as you desire. For your protein intake, try lean poultry and fish. For carbs, brown rice, whole grain breads and low fat granola. Your personal fitness and health rely as much on your what goes into your body as it does on exercise, so ensure you get a nutritious diet. By sticking to a regular routine of exercise and healthy eating you will be on the road to fitness, health and longevity.

There are many good books on diet and excercise that will assist you in reaching your goals of a fitter healthier you. Trimming excess weight off that tummy would be a good start, and if done little be little does not have to turn into a chore.

A little effort and motivation now will repay you a hundred fold as time goes on. It’s great knowing that you’re in the best condition you can possibly be.
